Breakfast

A continental breakfast served in Pugin Hall from 08.00 – 11.00 at €9.00 person. Pre booking at reception during check-in or when making your booking is advised.


Lunch

Also served in Pugin Hall, service times varies with time of the year therefore the staff in Pugin will be happy to assist.


Check-in and Check-out times

Check -in starts from 14.00 until 23.00 and check out is at 10.00. Late check-out please contact reception in advance, however please be advised that it will not always be possible.

Emergency exits

Located in each building with a map on the back of your bedroom door. In the event of an emergency evacuation, please use these exits and do not use the lift.


Front desk

Our team is available from 08.00 to 23.00 every day.


Gardens

Grounds are open to all guests, so feel free to take a stroll. Entry to the Bicentenary Garden is restricted.


Health & Safety

For health & safety reasons all overnight guests must register with reception. Only registered guests are entitled to stay. Additional guests may be booked before 23.00 on the night they intend to join you.


Storage

If you need to store your bag, there is a luggage room at reception


Keys

Please return your key to reception on checkout; leave it in the room for housekeeping or in the collection box in the lift foyer.


Later-night access

Our policy stipulates that there is no access to the campus after 01.00

Penalties

Smoking in on-campus buildings is strictly prohibited. A penalty of €75.00 will be charged. These historic buildings have protected status.


Parking

Is available on campus. For guest parking please ask reception. If you have a university permit, please park only in the designated areas. Clamping is in operation, Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00 throughout the year. Pay and display area operates all year round.

Respect

We ask that all guests on campus show respect for each other, the environment, buildings and the resident staff and the seminary on campus. Guests are asked not to consume alcohol on campus and to keep noise to a reasonable level.


Security

Is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 01 708 3929, should you require emergency assistance.


Underdressed

Don’t forget your key if you are nipping (no pun intended) down to the bathroom or showers. Should you get locked out please contact reception or security on the phones in the hallway

WI-FI

Is free throughout the campus. Please search for Maynooth University network ‘MUGUEST’ and proceed with the screen prompts.
